General Cosplay Rules

  1. Everyone is allowed to cosplay. There is no age limit in any of our contest.
  2. Costumes, props, materials and tools by cosplayers are entirely of the cosplayers’ responsibility. Neither the committee nor the college is responsible of the damages/loss of your items.
  3. Cosplayers are required to dress decently. Outrageous clothing or nudity is strictly forbidden within the campus. “Skimpy” clothing is subject to the discretion of the C2Age Committee.
  4. Substances that are explosive, flammable, toxic or corrosive will not be allowed in the event. If you bring, paper confetti or substances which are allowed and you are going to use it during your skit, remember, CLEAN UP YOUR OWN MESS. Again subject to the discretion of the C2Age Committee.
  5. It is strongly recommended that cosplayers change their costumes inside the changing room of your actual gender. Anyone caught doing the opposite will be asked to leave the the college premise
  6. Any misconduct (flaming, arguments, provocation) is STRICTLY prohibited. Cosplayers found in misconduct are liable to be ejected from the event by the committee members and Event Coordinators
  7. Please have your ticket or entry band ready for inspection anytime. Anyone failing to provide it will be forced to leave immediately.
  8. Please behave in a well manner to avoid any trouble
  9. Accomodation will not be provide as this is a one day event.
  10. Cosplayers that are interested to perform stage performance have to register through the Cosplay Performance Request form. the dateline of the registration is two weeks before the event which is 2nd of May 2009.
  11. Each cosplay performance is restricted to 5 minutes[subject to change].
  12. Number of cosplay performance to be schedule are limited. Request for cosplay performance will be accepted on first come first serve basis.

Booth Details

 

  1. Booths are provided at a basic of one table with two chairs. Request for another chair is permitted.
  2. Booth owners will be responsible for all their goods and finances. Any losses of either will not be the responsibility of the management.
  3. The charging of the booth is RM30. Anyone who are intersted can request a booth through our Booth Request Form.
  4. Artworks displayed should be rated PG-13. If booth owners wish to sell any questionable materials (yaoi , yuri, nudity), we would like you to place a disclaimer on top of that particular material so that people will know it is for adults. . The management reserves the right to stop the sales of any items they deem inappropriate. Kindly exercise caution and discretion. (Please wrap it.)
  5. Whilst sales of fan-made artworks/merchandises are allowed, booths selling official merchandises illegally are prohibited. The management reserves the right to revoke the rights of any booth owners caught selling official merchandises, save for sponsors.
  6. The management reserves the right to stop any booth from conducting business if the booth owners do not follow the rules and regulations as stated.
  7. Booth size are at 5 x 1.5 feet.
